Endlss came out of a fairly significant realization at Penny: the way brands were selling through people was changing.
For years we'd built software for traditional direct-selling organizations. But increasingly, the interesting activity was happening elsewhere, with creators, ambassadors, affiliates, and people building audiences around things they genuinely cared about.
The underlying problems were surprisingly familiar. Brands still needed to find the right people, manage relationships, coordinate campaigns, track sales, and figure out what was working. But the tools and workflows hadn't really caught up.
So we took what we'd learned building Penny and started again.
Endlss brings creator discovery, recruitment, onboarding, affiliate management, communications, commissions, and performance reporting into one platform. The goal is to make it possible for brands to run meaningful creator programs without needing an entire team just to manage the process.
We've grown to approximately 30 customers and are still in the early stages of commercial growth.
One of the things I particularly like is seeing how much a relatively small team can accomplish with the right tools. In one customer example, a single person managed a program of 700 ambassadors, saving around 10 hours a week.
I was part of the executive team through the transition from Penny to Endlss, helping shape the product and commercial direction. These days my involvement is part-time, but I continue to contribute to company strategy, product, and design.
It's been an interesting lesson in how much of what you build can remain valuable, even when the market you originally built it for changes entirely.
